You can use the filters to hide certain information and records and display only what you need.

You can use filter to hide an inactive campaign, display a particular ad group, results greater or less than x, values equal to a given number, and a myriad of other combinations.

You can add as many filters as needed to get the result you need. All filters are complementary (and), that is, if you add multiple filters, the result returned will always be the merge of all the filters together.

The filters are only valid for the widget as they are added. To create a filter, edit the widget you want to apply the filter to and select the Filters tab.

1) In the first field will be listed the dimension and the metrics that you previously selected in the Main Data tab. Select where you want to apply the filter.

2) The second field you define the filter rule:

  • Contains – Will list all records that contain the term, whatever. This is a large, active filter where any part of the term is reported. Example: If you have records with the term “Campaign Acme”, the term “acm” would filter this result.
  • Does not contain – Will list all records that do not contain the informed term. Also ample.
  • Is greater than – Will list all records that the value is greater than the reported value (used for metrics that return numbers).
  • Is less than – Will list all records that the value is less than the reported value (used for metrics that return numbers).
  • Equals – Will list all records where the value or term is identical to the term or value reported. Any difference will not activate the filter.
  • It is different from – It will list all records where the value or term is different from the term or value reported.

3) Click save and test the filter. If you need to make any adjustments, just edit the widget again and set the filters again.

To delete a filter or all, click the Remove button next to each filter.

Important informations:

  • Filters are only applicable to charts and tables. It is not applicable to the Overview widget.
  • Filters are not compatible with “Compare Previous Period” option enabled.
  • The filter is applied under the amount of records you set, that is, if it was set in the Advanced Options tab, display 15 results (the default is always 10). This number will be returned first and the filter will be applied later. If in these 15 results, the filter remove 4 of these results, only 11 results will be listed in your report. If necessary increase the number of results in the respective field to reach the number of results you want:
